Noah Purifoy & the Integratron @ Joshua Tree
Wow so Joshua Tree is an amazing place, healings, magic, good ideas and a purity in vibrations that have a strong and appealing pull.
I was lucky enough to find out about a LAND performance of Katie Grinnan, an artist doing an astrology based sound piece. The work was engaging and ebbed and flowed in and out of tune purposefully, matching the ups and downs emotionally of the year.
It took place at a construction called the Integratron, a time bending vessel that was born of alien information and is not yet completed. It sits on a magical land vortex and we were able to get a sound bath, a chakra driven cleanse that has been researched to effectively relax and open up the body.
I was really excited to learn about Noah Purifoy foundation which was a highlight. What an amazing dreamer. We were able to experience an entire dimension of thoughts and ideas built of simple construction and found objects. This is a must experience and i think i will have to go back. I’ll let the pictures to the talking.
Got to hang with some great peeps, some new best friends and look foward to seeing the desert soon again.

We followed the clouds to our new home and have safely landed in downtown Los Angeles, California. We love it here and are doing well. The art community is vibrant and it feels great to be surrounded by so many incredibly talented people. We feel a special and powerful energy in this city.
We will continue our mission to reinterpret spiritual acts and rituals, while designing an emotional body of work that impacts each and every one of you. Our clear mission is to redesign spirituality by building a connection to the soul, a connection with ourselves and each other, that is accessible and ageless. FriendsWithYou is happy to share with you their first solo pubic exhibition in Hong Kong, “Happy Rainbow”- an interactive rainbow shrine created for people of all ages and built to connect them to a joyful emotion as they play with each other. The installation was a total success, and we would like to share some of the magic with you! This 16 piece exhibit varies from a forty-foot interactive bounce house, to fiberglass, to oversized plush sculpture, to see-through resin sculptures, all unified to make an exhibit that is multi sensory and powerful in its complexity. Designed to envelope the visitors and transcend them into a higher state of self awareness, “Happy Rainbow,” is a journey into yourself. FWY offers a kaleidoscopic look into a rainbow colored world, its purpose is to provide each person with an impactful and bright experience. Simply through the act of play, FWY hopes to evoke a spiritual connectivity that will enlighten all visitors. Each piece in the exhibition is charged with so much color and power that it brings great harmony to all who look upon it. This exhibition is created as a modern day shrine that doubles as a playful adventure into the soul.
“Happy Rainbow” is a place where all the colors of the rainbow come together to give you super magical play powers. Simply by playing at Happy Rainbow you will be transported to a world filled with happy characters, color, magic, and new friends. Explore all the hidden gems of Happy Rainbow and you will find happiness.
The installation was on exhibit to the public from July 22nd to September 2nd, at the Main Atrium, 1/F and 3/F Exhibition Area Tuen Mun Town Plaza Phase 1, Hong Kong. Check out the exhibition!

Best Buddies International is a nonprofit dedicated to creating opportunities for friendship, employment and leadership training for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Who better to celebrate friendship with than Best Buddies? FriendsWithYou is pleased to announce their participation in the Best Buddies Challenge: Hearst Castle, a charity walk, run and bike ride to benefit Best Buddies International. FWY contributed to the organization as the new fine art collaborator to design and create the official Best Buddies Challenge: Hearst Castle jersey.
The race took place on Saturday, September 8th at Quail Lodge Golf Club for the majestic 100-mile ride down the Pacific Coast Highway from Carmel to San Simeon. The Challenge, which is open to people of all ages and abilities, provided all participants with the jersey featuring artwork by FriendsWithYou, Best Buddies’ newest fine art collaborator. With an incredible turnout of hundreds of riders and supporters, FWY helped raise a total of $4.5 million dollars for Best Buddies programs.
A special thanks to Anthony Kennedy Shriver, Founder and Chairman of Best Buddies International, for sharing the FWY magic through his outstanding organization. With identical missions of positively impacting the lives of many, FWY and Best Buddies are an instant match with the effect of changing the world!
